x | s (pronounced axis) is blankverse's first release and debut EP. By using coordinate geometry values (x y z, & t, with t being time) and their meaning within everyday text-ing speak, this EP highlights our succinct ways of communicating and often truncated states of alertness. blankverse focuses on the digitization of sound - elaborating on existing sound patterns, and turning them into soundscapes evocative of famous names in Mathematics and the Sciences. x | s is blankverse's search of his own place and sound within the electronic music landscape, a rumination upon the axis on which you turn.
